Job Description:

The Site Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the youth flag football league at a designated site. This role ensures a safe, fun, and organized environment for all participants, coaches, and spectators. The Site Director will be the primary point of contact for on-site issues, coordinating with referees, coaches, and volunteers to ensure smooth game-day operations.

  • Brentwood / Schenley Park / North Allegheny / Pine Township / Montour / Monroeville


This position will function in the following way while being tasked with completing these specific duties: 

  • Pre-Season [7 - 10 weeks from the season start] 
    • Outreach 
    • Organization 
    • Development  
  • In-Season [7 weeks during the season]
    • Communication 
    • Coordination 
    • Execution

Typical Weekly Schedule: 

  • Pre-Season [7 - 10 weeks from the season start]
    • In Office - 2 days per week for 2hr to 3hrs
    • Remote - Available via phone and email  
  • In-Season [7 weeks during the season]
    • In Office - 2 days per week for 1hr to 2hrs
    • Remote - Available via phone and email
